Stay Calm and Confident:
Above all, you need to stay calm and show up with confidence. Many times, as an interviewer, I’ve seen candidates with strong technical knowledge underperform simply due to anxiety or low confidence.Prepare for the Interview Setting:
For in-person interviews: Plan your travel so you arrive on time. Aim to be there at least 15 minutes early to familiarize yourself with the company environment.
For online interviews: Choose a quiet and suitable space. Test your internet connection and ensure everything is set up properly. Avoid joining interviews from noisy places, cars, or public areas—this sends the message that you’re not taking the interview seriously.
Be Honest with the Interviewer:
If you don’t know the answer to a question, don’t waste time with vague or false responses. Instead, clearly state that you haven’t encountered that specific topic yet but emphasize your growth mindset—you’re willing and capable of learning it quickly.Be a Good Listener:
